Abstract

Despite declining 'beneficial' legal constraints in corporate governance and labour markets, faced with ICT and global market challenges, and the electric vehicle imperative, Southern Germany remains one of the most successful EU innovation regions. This lecture is based on joint work with my doctoral student, Frieder Mitsch.
