How to become member of the
Italian Society for Law and Economics

Article 6 of the Statute - Membersip conditions for ordinary members. Membership can be granted to all those who have contributed to the field of research of law and economics as defined in Art 1 of the present statute and all those that may contribute to the ends of the association on the basis of an ad-hoc valuation by the directive council. The request of affiliation must be endorsed by three associates who should not belong to the directive council. Th directive council decides on the admission of new associates with a majority of two third of votes.
