The ITALIAN SOCIETY OF LAW AND ECONOMICS invites submissions on any topic regarding the economic analysis of law.

Here as follow we propose a provisional list of sessions on specific topics that you might want to consider:

• Antitrust/Regulation
• Corporate Governance/Finance
• Tort, Property and Intellectual Property
• Criminal Law
• Public Law
• Environmental law & economics
• Costs of justice
• Labour law & economics
• Law, Economics and Globalization

Proposals must be sent by:

August, 30th 2006

Extended abstract with references (min 4 pages A4) should be sent by email to: segreteria@side-isle.it

The Scientific Commitee (F. Denozza, M. Grillo, A. Nicita, U. Pagano, R. Pardolesi, F. Silva), will select the papers and provide an answer by September, 15th 2006.

A copy of the completed paper should be sent to the local organizers by October, 2th 2006.
